ICA Group Rate The Renaissance Austin Hotel has reserved a limited number of rooms specifically for the 2010 ICA Annual Education Conference. To take advantage of this special ICA rate, reservations must be made by August 31, 2010. The hotel will not hold rooms for our meeting after August 31, therefore it is important to make your reservations early. Room rates are $199 single/double occupancy. The hotel will only guarantee these rates for reservations made by August 31, 2010. Based on availability, this rate will be provided three days before and three days after the conference. The Renaissance Austin is pleased to offer complimentary self-parking for all ICA attendees as well as complimentary admission to the health club. Ground Transportation Taxi One-way fare from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately $45 each way. SuperShuttle Austin's SuperShuttle provides transportation to and from the airport for a cost of $19 each way. Follow signs from baggage claim to the SuperShuttle ticket signs counter (near baggage carousel 1) and purchase your ticket; no reservation is needed. Schedule your return shuttle reservation at the ticket counter or by calling 512-BLUE VAN (256-3826); 24-hour advance notice is recommended. You can pay with cash or any major credit card and service is available 24 hours a day. You can also make prepaid reservations on-line at www.SuperShuttle.com. *Please note that this is a shared shuttle service and will make multiple stops. Car Rental All major car rental companies are available at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. A Hertz car rental office is located at the hotel. Driving Directions and Parking Detailed maps and driving directions are available through the hotel's website: Parking is complimentary to all ICA attendees. Weather October temperatures in Austin average a high of 86° F and low of 65° F. Dress Code Business casual attire (no shorts, jeans, t-shirts) is recommended for all business sessions and evening functions. The Tuesday evening Casino is casual. As meeting room temperatures and comfort levels may vary, we suggest that you dress in layers for optimal comfort during business sessions. Questions?
