ICA ANTITRUST STATEMENT
During this conference, the ICA will be discussing a number of claim related topics. As representatives of ICA member companies, all of us need to be mindful of constraints of anti-trust laws. This conference is being conducted for educational purposes, to provide a forum for the open discussion and free exchange of ideas on the designated topics.
We are not here to reach any agreement that could have anti-competitive effects. It is the duty of everyone to avoid a discussion of illegal subjects, even if someone else inadvertently pursues a prohibited course of discussion or action. In discussing the pros and cons on a topic of discussion, you may express your opinion, but you should avoid collective agreements on how any particular claim or issue should be handled. Individual claim discussions are the responsibility of the individual ICA member company that is confronted with the particular claim.
See ICA’s Antitrust Compliance Policy to learn more.
