- Transfer Registration Fee $50 - This administratitive fee applies to registrants who wish to transfer their registration to another individual. Transfers must be completed no later than September 5, 2017.
- Cancellation Fee $100 - Conference cancellations received by September 5, 2017 will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. After that date, cancellations or "no shows" will not be refunded.
