Where is the 2026 ICA Annual Education Conference being held?

• The conference will be held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX, 76051.

​What are the dates of the conference?

• The conference will begin on Sunday, September 13 and end on Tuesday, September 15. We suggest arriving prior to 5pm on Sunday and departing on Wednesday, September 16 to get the best experience at the conference.

Who should attend the 2026 ICA Annual Education Conference?

• The ICA Annual Education Conference brings together over 400 insurance-claims professionals representing our 100+ member companies to advance the profession through targeted education, advocacy, and networking. The 2026 Conference sessions will offer educational tracks with sessions focused on Life, Disability, Long-Term Care, Supplemental Health, and Absence Management claim and special investigation professionals.

What are the registration fees?

• ICA members can register for $1,350, which non-members can register for $1,850. Guest tickets can be added on to a full conference ticket for $150 per evening reception. Corporate ICA members are eligible to receive a 50% discount on a first time attendee registration once a full-priced ticket has been purchased. Contact [email protected] for more information.
• Registration includes access to general sessions, breakout sessions, evening receptions, and all provided meals. Registration does not include hotel or travel arrangements.

I’d like to bring a guest to the Welcome Reception or Closing Reception. Can I purchase a ticket for a guest?

• Yes, you can add a guest ticket to your full conference registration. Tickets are priced at $150 per evening event. If you’ve already registered and would like to add the guest ticket, please contact [email protected]. Please note that guest tickets are only for the evening receptions and do not allow access to any other conference functions or meals.

What is the conference dress code?

• The dress code throughout the conference is business or business casual. Meeting room temperatures may be cool so layered clothing may provide the greatest comfort.
  
• For our Electric Rodeo Closing Reception we strongly encourage attendees to dress in their Texas Best – cowboy boots, Western flair, with eye-catching colors.

​What is the conference registration cancelation policy?

• All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, August 21, 2026. Refunds (minus a $100 processing fee) will be issued within 30 days after cancellation. After this date, substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Please send written requests to [email protected].

Do I have to select my sessions before the conference?

• Yes! Space is limited in the classrooms so we highly encourage all attendees to select their preferred sessions when registering. If you need to make any adjustments to your registered sessions, please contact [email protected].

What is the closest major airport to the Gaylord Texan?

• The Gaylord Texan is conveniently located 6 miles from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and 21 miles from the Dallas Love Field Airport.

What is your refund policy?

• Partial refunds resulting from a non-member to member rate adjustment will incur a 5% processing fee of the refunded amount.
