​​ICA Past President 1996 – 1997, Jim Adams, passed away on February 20, 2024.  Jim retired September 4, 2011 from UNUM after 42 years in the industry. 

​​The International Claim Association (ICA) appointed Chuck Angiolillo, Director of Risk Management Strategic Partnerships at FastTrack, a leading provider of intelligent claims journey and risk management solutions for the Life & Disability marketplace, to the Board of Directors at its Winter Meeting, January 24, 2024 at the Westin La Paloma Resort, Tucson, AZ. Angiolillo fills the unexpired term of Sherry Smith, Lincoln Financial Group who left the Board in December 2023.
