​The International Claim Association (ICA) is saddened to learn of the passing of Gary C. Johnson, who served as ICA President from 1998 to 1999. 

​I wanted to share some exciting news with you regarding ICA’s management team and staff.  As some of you know, ICA has been managed by an association management company since 1995.   For the last 20 years, ICA’s management company has been Association Management Strategies, Inc,. (AMS).  On April 1, 2025, AMS was acquired by Etherio Group and together they will become one of the largest and most meaningful association management companies in the industry.
