​I wanted to share some exciting news with you regarding ICA’s management team and staff.  As some of you know, ICA has been managed by an association management company since 1995.   For the last 20 years, ICA’s management company has been Association Management Strategies, Inc,. (AMS).  On April 1, 2025, AMS was acquired by Etherio Group and together they will become one of the largest and most meaningful association management companies in the industry.  

Marc Carlson, FLHC, FLMI, FALU, ARA, ACS, Modern Woodmen, Rock Island, IL. was named as the recipient of the International Claim Association’s (ICA), 2024 “Best of ICA” award. The award was presented at ICA’s 2024 Annual Education Conference which had over 390 attendees representing life, accident, health/medical, disability, workers‘ compensation, technology and fraud claims professionals.

​​The International Claim Association (ICA) appointed Chuck Angiolillo, Director of Risk Management Strategic Partnerships at FastTrack, a leading provider of intelligent claims journey and risk management solutions for the Life & Disability marketplace, to the Board of Directors at its Winter Meeting, January 24, 2024 at the Westin La Paloma Resort, Tucson, AZ. Angiolillo fills the unexpired term of Sherry Smith, Lincoln Financial Group who left the Board in December 2023.
