Tim Quick of Swiss Re Elected President of International Claim Association at 2025 Annual Education Conference

New Orleans, LA – September 29, 2025 – The International Claim Association (ICA) is pleased to announce the election of Tim Quick as its new President. The announcement was made during the ICA Annual Education Conference held at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans, Louisiana. ​

Tim Quick is the Global Head of Product Development for Life and Health Claims Solutions at Swiss Re, where he has been instrumental in leading the worldwide delivery and expansion of Swiss Re’s flagship claims management platform, PromiseXP. With an extensive background in claims management and insurance operations, Tim brings invaluable experience and insight to the ICA. 
Prior to joining Swiss Re, Tim served as Head of Insurance Operations at a leading U.S. insurtech, where he established carrier operations for an acquired life insurance company and played a pivotal role in product development and delivery. His earlier career includes leadership positions spanning life and health claims, in-force operations, project management, and reinsurance administration at direct carriers. 
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an MBA from Michigan State University. He also has earned the ALMI and ACS designations from LOMA, a Certificate in Applied Project Management from the University of California, and certification in Product Management from Cornell. 
A dedicated member of the ICA for many years, Tim has served on the Board of Directors, been a member of the Life & Annuity Committee, and was the founding Co-Chair of the Technology and Analytics Committee. As incoming President of the ICA, Tim is committed to advancing the claims profession and fostering innovation at the intersection of insurance and technology.
